First of all, our company had addressed an invention of cleaning methoad which does not destroy ozon layer. Then we succeed cleaning screen with Pb free solder paste. We have been striving for inventing machine which shortens cleaning and drying time and electoricy consumption for discharging less CO2 and being enviro-friendly machine. Successfly, In December 2007, we released revolutionary Sawa clean "SC-AH600" which succeeds to reduce CO2 consumption from 129g to 7.7g (94％) by cleaning and drying within 1 minute.
Cleaning solvent is circulated by throughing our original tool "solder catcher".
And we reccomend to re-use solvent usually through away as waste fluid by using solvent recovery system "ECO SAWA (ES-R20)"
